Controller
The controller is Jasmin Jahić, Stjepana Radića 11, Livno, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For questions about personal data and requests to exercise your rights, write to scarletatvs@gmail.com. The phone number is listed on the site. No data protection officer has been appointed.
What we process
There are no forms, accounts, online payments, or automatic bookings. An enquiry goes through WhatsApp or by phone. To arrange a ride we need your name, phone number, and the date you want, plus what you write or say. For quad hire we look at a valid driving licence before the ride. We do not keep a copy, a photo, or the licence number. Passengers in chauffeur transport are not asked for a driving licence. Without a name, phone number, and date we cannot arrange a time. Without seeing the licence we do not hand over a quad.
Purpose and legal basis
We reply to an enquiry or a booking and take steps before an agreement under Article 8(1)(b) of the Personal Data Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because you asked us to, not because you consented to every message. Looking at the driving licence serves the same purpose: to check that you may ride a quad before the hire is agreed. The necessary cookie_consent cookie only remembers your choice about the map, and consent is not required for it. The Google map loads only after you allow it, and you can withdraw that permission. We do not use the data for advertising, and we do not make solely automated decisions or profile you.
How long we keep data
Jasmin Jahić deletes ordinary WhatsApp enquiries and data that is no longer needed at the latest 6 months after the last message, unless the law requires longer storage. The site does not delete those enquiries by itself. The cookie_consent cookie is not localStorage and lasts 183 days. The intro-screen record in the browser lasts until you close the tab and is not sent to us.
Recipients
The site is published on Netlify. When you open a page, Netlify receives your IP address, browser type, and the page you opened, and may process them outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. We do not keep that record. When you open WhatsApp, the message goes to Meta, which may process it outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, including in the United States. A call goes through your operator. The Google map does not load before you allow it. Only then does Google receive the data needed to show the map, including your IP address, and it may process that data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. The same privacy information applies if you contact us only by WhatsApp or phone, and you can ask for it. There is no Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Fonts are part of the site.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing. Where the law provides it, you can also ask for data portability and you can object. You withdraw permission for the Google map in Cookie settings or by writing to scarletatvs@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place. Send a request to the same email. We may ask for an extra detail to confirm that you are the person the data is about. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka u Bosni i Hercegovini), and you can seek protection before the competent court.
